The Asia Pacific Partnership for Atrocity Prevention (APPAP) held its fourth annual meeting late last year remotely, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As well as updates of APPAP's Working Groups and progress on the Small Grants Program, speakers discussed the current pandemic and its effects on atrocity crime risk within the region.
